    Software Developer

    On-site — Hollywood, FLFull-time

    About Us

clarier.ai helps organizations take control of their AI adoption. As companies bring on more AI tools, they need a way to track what's being used, assess risk, manage approvals, and understand adoption across teams. That's what we build — a platform that gives IT leaders and decision-makers visibility into their AI tool estate.

We also build AI agents that work alongside our users, helping them navigate their data, generate reports, and make faster decisions. So you won't just be building features around AI — you'll be building with it and building it directly.

We're a fast-moving team based in Hollywood, FL, solving a problem that barely existed two years ago. Our customers are mid-size and enterprise companies figuring out how to adopt AI responsibly, and we're helping them do it.

    The Role

    What you'll be doing

We need someone who can pick up tickets, ship features, and fix bugs across the full stack. You'll be working on a React/TypeScript frontend with a Postgres backend, and you'll get to work on our AI agents too. The codebase is modern but not over-engineered — we value straightforward code that works over clever abstractions.

You'll wear a lot of hats — one day you're building a new feature end-to-end, the next you're working on agent behavior, the next you're helping think through how a piece of the product should work. If you like variety, ownership, and building things that feel like the future, you'll fit right in.

Building out new pages and components in React with TypeScript

Writing and maintaining backend services and APIs

Working with our database — writing migrations, optimizing queries

Integrating with third-party APIs (identity providers, reporting tools, etc.)

AI agent development — designing behaviors, prompt engineering, testing workflows

Writing tests and contributing to product decisions

    Requirements

    What we're looking for

At least 1 year of professional experience building web applications
Solid working knowledge of React and TypeScript
Comfortable with SQL and relational databases (Postgres is a plus)
Can read existing code, understand patterns in use, and follow them
Comfortable using AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Copilot, etc.) as part of your workflow
Basic understanding of how AI agents work — LLMs, prompts, and tool use
You move fast, adapt quickly, and don't get thrown off when priorities shift
You don't need hand-holding but you're not afraid to ask questions

    Nice to have

Experience with BaaS platforms (Supabase, Firebase, etc.)
Familiarity with role-based access control patterns
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
Interest in AI agents, LLMs, or the AI/enterprise tooling space
Experience with Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker

    What we're not looking for

Someone looking for a highly structured environment with rigid role definitions
Pure backend or pure frontend — you should be willing to work across the stack
Someone who's resistant to using AI in their workflow — it's core to how we work
